I'm Philip, a founder from the Bay Area with 10+ years of experience working at the intersection of product, strategy, and finance.
I'm currently building tipsiti.com which combines a number of my passions - travel, hospitality, and how people interact with the cities around them.
Previously, I had the pleasure of working as an investor setting up the VC arm of a real estate investment fund based out of Berlin. I mostly focused on proptech which I've found incredibly useful in my day-to-day work now in hospitality and travel.
